Please Note:

• A deposit of $20.00 per person is payable within 7 days of making an accommodation booking.
• The balance of accommodation fees is due Tuesday 14 July 2009.
• Camping: Bathrooms (with hot showers) and an electric BBQ are available.
• GST: kcc accommodation fees (except CMS accommodation) are exempt from GST.  

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the kcc Office.

1. All accommodation cancellations attract a $20.00 per person fee. Only if the accommodation is re-let will the remaining portion be refunded.
2. Cancellations received after Tuesday 11 August 2009: non-refundable (in part or in full).
